Grant requests are reviewed throughout the year for amounts up to $5,000.

You will be required to submit your IRS 501(c)(3) Determination Letter and the first page (signed / dated) of your current year’s CHAR 500 with the New York State Attorney General Charities Bureau or The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.
