Richmond County Savings Foundation has established itself as a leading philanthropic institution in the Staten Island community and beyond. Since our creation by the Richmond County Savings Bank in 1998, the Foundation has contributed over $60 million in a continuation of the Bank’s role as a proactive community partner.

Mission Statement

RCSF is committed to supporting projects that enhance the quality of life in the communities served by the Richmond County Savings Foundation. In this regard, RCSF focuses on supporting charitable organizations whose programs and services advance educational opportunity, enrich cultural development and strengthen health and human services.

Policy Statement

RCSF accepts proposals from nonprofit organizations with IRS 501(c)(3) public charity status that provide programs and services in the Foundation’s communities.
