Preliminary Application

All RCSF applicants must meet the following criteria:

Current with RCSF final reports.
Be able to produce a 990 and financial statements within the last 18 months.
Be Staten Island based.
Grants will not be issued for events.
Funding requests will only be considered for requests for $1,000 - $25,000.
Unidentified general fundraising and anonymous donors are not applicable as committed funders.
Funding for 75% of the project budget must be secured before applying for funding from RCSF

Amount of funding will be determined by:

Income level of those served
Size of the constituency served (Number of low to moderate income individuals served)
Length of program or project requesting funding for
Impact of the grant
Success of similar programs or projects
