In 2014, the Foundation's support to The Noble Maritime Collection allowed Noble to develop and market its property, Robbins Reef Lighthouse.

In 2010 after a rigorous applicationprocess, the museum received ownership of Robbins ReefLighthouse under the National Historic Lighthouse Preservation Act. The historic structure is located in New York Bay, one mile off Staten Island’s North Shore. Foundation funds enabled Noble to introduce Robbins Reef Lighthouse to the public through an exhibition: Robbins Reef Lighthouse: A Home in the Harbor and to develop and present a new school program, Kate’s Home in the Harbor which was presented to 3,000 children. In addition, in conjunction with the exhibition, a book was written and produced, Perspective: Robbins Reef, with a history of the lighthouse, a section about the years that Kate Walker was keeper, and a catalog of the art in the exhibition.
